MUMBAI: In the run-up to the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2019, chocolate brand Snickers*teamed up with its brand ambassador and cricketer MS Dhoni for an interesting social media campaign based around its global philosophy of ‘You Are Not You When You’re Hungry’.
The campaign saw the cricketer playing a prank his followers on social media by telling them that he will be giving up cricket to pursue his childhood dream of being a painter. He later revealed that the announcement was made by him when he was hungry and takes a bite from Snickers bar to rethink his ‘hungry decision’.
The video reiterates the ‘hunger ache achhon ko badal deta hai’ proposition of the brand.
